The Benefit Of Green Tea

Green Tea may be bale in color and a delicate taste but research is starting to prove that green tea has the ability to lower inflammation associated with arthitus especially rheumatoid arthritus. I want to talk about two studies in particular that will help strengthen this argument. In the first study, researchers took cells from people with rheumatoid arthritus and divided them into two groups. One group was treated with a green tea component thought to have anti-inflammatory properties. When they later exposed both sets of cells to an inflammatory chemical that plays a role in the joint damage of RA, they found the green tea-treated cells were able to thwart the chemical’s ability to cause joint damage.

The next study, researchers compared the salivary glands of those who drank water with those who consumed a green tea extract. Glands from the green tea extract group had fewer white blood cells and lower levels of autoantibodies indicating relatively mild immune system activity than the glands of those who drank water. Over time, the green tea group also showed significantly less gland damage.

Vemma not only has all the vitamins and minerals I need on a daily basis but it also has organic green tea in every two ounces I need. You can read testimonies on how Vemma has helped people with their arthritus by going to the testimony page of this website.
